.d also a song >> we've got another beautiful day at central park. another big crowd gathering. can't wait to get to that but a lot of news so right to that collision on the taxiway in boston last night. hundreds of passengers evacuated after the wing of a delta jumbo jet clipped the tail of another jet just months after a similar collision here in new york and abc's lisa stark is tracking this overnight. good morning, lisa. >> reporter: well, it was two delta flights, both loaded with fuel ready for takeoff. one rams into the other. it could have been much worse. this photo taken from inside the 767 clearly shows the damage. the wing tip of the jumbo jet sliced apart. the tail of the regional plane badly mangled. >> people were freaking out. the girl next to me was right by the wing crying and trying to jump on the emergency exit for a little bit. >> everybody said, what happened? >> reporter: it was still light out, around 7:30 last night when the planes collided. the regional jet apparently turned on to a taxiway perpendicular to the taxiway that the 767 was traveling on. the delta 767

on her tax forms. that's not going to be the big problem. the big problem, when you start lying to the prosecutors about what happened in this incident, i don't see how they can move forward. >> robin sax, i want to bring you in. do you agree with dan and think this case can move towards a dismissal now? >> well, there is no choice, unfortunately, but this case to move towards dismissal. the problem is that this case stinks all around. while this victim did lie, and i agree with dan completely that the fact that there may have been lies that were about applications and on asylum, but when it becomes about the crime itself, it's a problem, but i blame the prosecutors for not building a rapport to get this information out from the beginning. the lack of transparency about the relationship between the third in command in the office with the defense is also a problem. something stinks in this case. it doesn't change the fact that this guy has three prior victims, and now this person is also claiming the same sort of sexual abuse, it's a shame for victims everywhere. >> robin, as a p

late tonight. it is one of the nights where you have to be in the covered canopy area. big showers and storms moving out of the south and west. there are thunderstorms towards the beaches right now. a little dicy down beach side tonight. it will be clearing out tomorrow. closer to home annapolis a little drizzle. most of the big weather is done for at least the center part of the state. an isolated shower or storm late. the flash flood watch for the lower part of the eastern shore. take a look at some of the rainfall totals. man, almost 2 inches and more than 2 inches in fredrick. 2 and a half inches plus. rockville 2.3. 2 and a quarter in churchill. heavy, heavy down pours. all coming down too fast. had pretty cool images as the storms came in. do a time lapse fredrick at the earth and space center. heavy, heavy showers coming down. you can see how they can get a couple of inches of rain in a hurry. baltimore and then the down pours in the city. it was a wet weather scenario. tough commute for many people out there. that's for sure. i hear route 50 was tough going into annapolis.
